shipping policy

At this time Creekside Comforts Co offers shipping through our website to Canada and the United States via Canada Post.

Shipping is calculated at check out based on the total dollar value of your order. See shipping rates below

If you are shopping with us from another country, please fill out the contact us form with your shipping address and products you are interested in purchasing, and we will contact you to discuss available shipping options and rates. 

For all orders shipping outside of Canada, purchasers are responsible to pay any additional taxes, customs or duties imposed by their country at the time of delivery.

Tracking numbers will be provided once item is ready to ship*.

 

Ready to Ship processing time - 1 to 5 business days

Custom Orders processing time - 4 to 14 weeks 

Canadian Shipping Rates:

Under $32 = $5*

$32-$105 = $20

$105-$205 = $25

$205-300 = $32

$300 and above = $45

United States Shipping Rates:

Under $105 = $25

$105-$205 = $30

$205-300 = $38

$300 and above = $50

* Canadian orders with a total value of $32 or less will be shipped via letter mail and will not be provided a tracking number or insurance. If you wish to have tracking and insurance on your purchase you may add it to your order by searching "tracking & insurance" and adding the item to cart. Items shipped via letter mail are at the customers own risk.

Local Delivery is currently available within Winnipeg at a cost of $10. Orders will be delivered within 10 business days from date of purchase. Select "Local Delivery (Winnipeg)" during check out.

Local Pickup is currently available in Petersfield, Manitoba. Select "Local Pickup (Petersfield)" during checkout. A confirmation email including pick up instructions will be sent when your order is available for pick up. 

 

return & exchanges

All sales are final. 

Orders cannot be changed after they have been placed. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting it. 

 

Should you find a flaw in the workmanship of your purchased item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. If you have washed the item, or contact us beyond the 10 day window we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges as the item is no longer considered in “new” condition.  Please note that “colours are not as expected” will not be considered a flaw.  Colours may differ from one device to another.  If you are concerned about the color of an item it is best to view your order on multiple sources to ensure the colour is what you want.

Custom orders and deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
