What is Minky?

All of our products are made from Minky, which is a luxurious, fur-like fabric made of 100% polyester. It is extremely soft to the touch, while also being warm and cozy. Minky is a very durable fabric that is machine washable and will stay like-new if cared for correctly. Our products come in a large variety of colours and textures that will appeal to all ages.
What type of products do you offer?

How do I care for my products?

Minky is easy to care for! Wash in cold water using a mild laundry detergent. Do NOT use fabric softener or any “pod” type detergents. Hang to dry and/or dry on air (no heat) setting in dryer, NO dryer sheets. Do NOT use heat during the washing and drying process.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total dollar value of the order. All items are shipped via Canada Post from Petersfield, Manitoba. Local delivery and pick up options are available. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for a full list of shipping details.
How long will it take for my order to ship?

All in stock items will be shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for a full list of shipping details.
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

It may be possible to change the address if the shipping label has not been created. Please send an email to creeksidecomfortsco@gmail.com with your order number and correct shipping address and we will let you know if it can be changed. In the event the shipping label has already been created, items will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure you double check your information before submitting your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit cards (Visa, MC), Paypal and e-transfer (EMT) in Canada.

Can I custom order an item?

A limited amount of custom order slots will be available from time to time. Please follow us on social media to stay up to date on when custom orders will become available.
How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders will take anywhere from 4 to 14 weeks to complete depending on the fabrics requested. Custom printed fabrics will require longer lead times then stocked or ready to order fabric selections. We will provide you with a more accurate lead time for your custom order once the order has been placed.
